Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Gurugram. The role involves managing HR processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Knowledge and experience in Zoho are plus.
• Proficiency in developing and executing HR Policies to align with company goals
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Familiarity with HR software systems and tools is desirable
