Role Overview: As an HR Manager at High Dive International, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Your responsibilities will also include performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
