About the Role

HR Generalists


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, and exit.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance support.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support HR policies, engagement activities, and compliance documentation.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
