Telesales Consultant

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Regular telephonic calls to the leads provided by the company to inform them about the available options according to their requirements. - Conducting necessary follow-ups with leads to convert them into clients. - Providing counseling to interested candidates through outbound calls. - Creating and managing sales pipelines to achieve and surpass targets. - Efficiently handling walk-in clients and addressing incoming queries via mobile, email, and chat support. - Keeping colleagues informed about various Immigration regulations changes and assisting clients with paperwork completion and timely submission. - Ensuring the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents. - Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by the management. - Proactively monitoring updates to Immigration regulations. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in Overseas Education, Immigration, Sales, or Visa Counseling would be beneficial. - Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
