At Datacore, we're hiring High-Ticket Sales Consultants for our global vertical, where you’ll sell premium services to clients across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. What You'll Do

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients using consultative sales techniques
• Handle both inbound and outbound sales conversations with international clients
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals
• Manage your lead pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and KPIs
• Work closely with internal teams to improve messaging and optimize conversions
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive long-term client value

Who We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets
• Fluency in Hindi, English and Punjabi is a must
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Prior experience in international sales or high-value services preferred
• Comfortable with a night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST) and a 6-day workweek
• Open to working two Saturdays per month

Note: Cab and meal facilities are not provided for this role.
