What You'll Do Convert qualified leads into paying clients using consultative sales techniques Handle both inbound and outbound sales conversations with international clients Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals Manage your lead pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and KPIs Work closely with internal teams to improve messaging and optimize conversions Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive long-term client value Who We're Looking For 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets Fluency in Hindi , English and Punjabi is a must Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Prior experience in international sales or high-value services preferred Comfortable with a night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST) and a 6-day workweek Open to working two Saturdays per month Note: Cab and meal facilities are not provided for this role.
