Telesales Consultant

You will be joining one of the largest channel partners of banks/NBFC with a specialized focus on Car loans. As a Telesales Consultant based in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound calls to potential clients. Your duties will include pitching our financial services, converting leads into customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and working collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. It is essential for you to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in telesales and telemarketing techniques, as well as experience in customer relationship management. Your persistence, ability to handle rejection, and basic knowledge of financial services and products will be crucial in meeting sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the financial industry would be advantageous for this role.,
