Telesales Consultant

Key Requirements

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Candidate must be comfortable handling daily inbound & outbound customer calls.
• Candidate must understand or be willing to learn Ayurveda concepts and product benefits.
• Candidate must be able to guide customers politely and build trust over the phone.
• Candidate must have the ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Candidate must be confident in explaining product usage, ingredients, and results.
• Candidate must maintain proper call logs, follow-up lists, and daily reports.
• Candidate must be motivated to achieve consultation and sales conversion targets.
• Candidate must be punctual, disciplined, and professional in voice and behaviour.
• Candidate must be willing to work full-time from office and adapt to Charvak Ayurveda’s workflow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
