Telesales Consultant

Role Overview: As a candidate with 0 to 1 year of work experience, your primary responsibility in this role will be to coordinate with bankers and customers throughout the loan process from login to disbursement. You will collaborate with team members to support business development initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in daily database calling, lead generation, sourcing business loan cases, and ensuring that monthly business loan targets are met. Moreover, you will need to liaise with the Manager from the initial sourcing stage to the final disbursement phase. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with bankers and customers during the loan process - Collaborate with team members to support business development initiatives - Conduct daily database calling and lead generation activities - Source business loan cases and ensure monthly targets are met - Liaise with the Manager from initial sourcing to final disbursement Qualifications Required: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education background - 1 year of experience in lead generation and marketing - Total of 1 year of work experience - Proficiency in English for effective communication Additional Details: This is a full-time position offering health insurance benefits and a day shift schedule.
