Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Regular telephonic calls to the leads given by the company and brief them about the various options available to them according to their need. Make regular and necessary follow-ups with the leads in order to convert them into clients. Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls. Create sales pipelines and convert leads to meet and exceed targets. Proper handling of Walk-in clients along with incoming queries on mobile/email/chat support. Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation & Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time. Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents. Any other work as assigned from time to time by the management. Proactively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations. Qualification: Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales or Visa Counseling will be an advantage.
