Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and offer roll-out. - Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition. - Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives. - Help resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner. - HR Operations & Compliance - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data protection standards. - Assist in policy development, documentation, and implementation. - Performance Management - Coordinate performance review processes and assist managers in tracking goals and feedback. - Support employee development initiatives and training program coordination. - Manage leave tracking and benefits administration. - Respond to employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within technology or financial services. - Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour laws, and best practices. - Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures in recruitment. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and event-planning abilities.
