Position Overview

Human Resource Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, LWF, Posh, Labour & Employment Cards and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with the HR team for employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Handle grievance redressal and provide support in conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance management cycles, and appraisals.
  • Provide analytical support to management for decision-making.
  • Support HR audits and ensure smooth documentation for inspections.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of  the Shops & Establishment Act & relevant Labour laws applicable in Goa.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( MS Word & Excel) and HRMS/HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
