Role Overview

Notofire Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to independently manage core human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of HR compliance, and the ability to efficiently manage the complete employee lifecycle.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and organizational culture.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and regularly update employee master data, including bank details of new joinees.
  • Register employees on HR Stop and enroll them in biometric attendance systems.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure timely completion of exit formalities.
  • Assist in framing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in line with organizational requirements.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Prepare, verify, and validate attendance data for payroll.
  • Maintain pay master records, including employee salary structures and bank details.
  • Cross-verify vendor employee salary details prior to finalization.

Administration & Asset Management

  • Coordinate procurement of laptops and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
  • Maintain and monitor SIM card allocation and related records.

Employee Engagement & Performance Support

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support management during salary increment discussions and related documentation.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience independently handling HR recruitment, operations, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, attendance systems, and payroll management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
