Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Follow the Designed Screening System and Stabilize Recruitment Process.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Ensure new joiner documentation and induction is smoothly handled.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Support the HR Head in implementing employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee grievances.
• Follow Employee Retention Program.
• Execute Employee Engagement Event List.
• Making Office Environment Cohesive
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues

Compliance & Administration:

• Maintain employee records and handle disciplinary procedures.
• Should know how to operate Payroll Software & Ensure Errorless Payroll Process & HR Compliances (PF/ESIC/PT Etc)
• Coordinating with agencies for Solving IT & office equipment Related issues.
• Ensuring Office Cleanliness
• Ensuring timely payments of AMC/Electricity/CUGs/Grocery & other admin related Supplies.
• Guest Management.
• Ensuring Timely Compliance Payments
