We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to talent acquisition and significant exposure to core HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both recruiting top talent and managing essential HR functions to support business growth.
• Lead and manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles, with a focus on mid- and senior-level positions.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent, particularly for EdTech and technology roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Oversee and execute core HR operations such as payroll management, employee benefits administration, HR policy implementation, and statutory compliance.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and professional development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR best practices.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition and hands-on experience in core HR operations.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles, preferably in EdTech or technology-driven companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
