Role Overview

We are hiring a Placement & Staffing Officer who will be responsible for driving end-to-end placement and staffing initiatives for our trained candidates. The role involves engaging with corporates, understanding hiring needs, aligning trained talent with job opportunities, and ensuring successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead placement activities by connecting with companies hiring for Data Science, AI, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and related roles.

Establish and nurture corporate partnerships to ensure a consistent pipeline of placement opportunities.

Organize and execute placement drives, job fairs, and hiring events (virtual and in-person).

Maintain placement data, offer letters, joining updates, and provide regular reports to management.

Work closely with training teams to ensure candidate job readiness through resume reviews, mock interviews, and grooming sessions.

Track hiring trends and collaborate with internal teams to align course content with industry demands.

Provide staffing support to partner organizations as per manpower requirements.

Ensure high placement conversion and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Staffing & Placements.

Prior experience in student placement, skilling, EdTech, or staffing firms is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of job roles in the data and tech domain.

Excellent communication, client engagement, and coordination skills.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sourcing and closures.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/HR certifications preferred).

Strong organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
