Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our B2C and B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling professional and upskilling courses, leading high-performing teams, and scaling revenue across multiple channels. This role is pivotal to expanding our market share and driving sustainable growth in the AI/ML and Data Analytics education space. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute scalable sales strategies across B2C (students & working professionals) and B2B (corporates, academic institutions). - Own revenue targets and drive consistent sales performance across geographies. - Identify growth opportunities in AI/ML, Data Analytics, and related domains. - Design and optimize pricing, packages, and sales processes aligned to customer needs. Team Management - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of inside sales executives, counselors, and B2B managers. - Set KPIs and performance benchmarks; provide training and motivation to ensure high productivity. - Implement performance monitoring systems using CRM and analytics tools.
