Role Objective

Own revenue, pipeline, and sales discipline. Build a predictable sales engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly revenue & collection targets
  • Manage BDE(s), Account Manager & interns
  • Enforce HubSpot CRM discipline
  • Approve pricing, proposals & discounts
  • Forecast revenue weekly
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews
  • Work with founder on high-value closures

KPIs

  • Monthly revenue achieved
  • Collection efficiency (%)
  • Pipeline health (next 30/60 days)
  • Team productivity

Must Have

  • Proven closure experience
  • Numbers-driven mindset
  • Experience selling services (IT / marketing / agency)

Not Responsible For

  • Daily cold calling
  • Routine payment follow-ups
