NATIONAL SALES HEAD Location: Mumbai (with pan-India travel) Company: Kevin Enterprise Industry: Fashion & Apparel (Retail + B2B)About Us Kevin Enterprise is a premium fashion brand serving both B2B and B2C markets , with a strong presence in the plus-size segment and a reputation for international styling in Indian fits. With two retail stores and a robust B2B distribution model, we aim to expand our national footprint and deepen our retail partnerships.Role Objective To drive national sales growth by expanding B2B partnerships, optimizing channel sales, and strengthening retail presence across India. The National Sales Head will lead the sales team, own revenue targets, and ensure Presence builds long-term, profitable relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth Define and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company goals. Expand presence across key markets through retailers, distributors, and large format stores . Own sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth across regions. Channel & Account Management Strengthen relationships with existing B2B retail partners to secure repeat orders. Develop new channels and expand footprint in tier 1, 2, and 3 cities . Negotiate trade terms, margins, and agreements with partners. Team Leadership Build, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team . Set clear targets and monitor KPIs for regional managers and sales executives. Drive accountability, performance reviews, and incentive structures. Market Expansion & Brand Visibility Identify new opportunities in premium and plus-size fashion segments. Work with marketing teams to ensure in-store visibility, promotions, and activations . Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth coordination between sales, dispatch, and supply chain teams. Regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management. Leverage technology/CRM to track and optimize sales pipelines. Requirements 10+ years of sales experience in fashion/apparel/retail, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Proven track record in national sales expansion and channel management . Strong industry network with retailers, distributors, and large format stores. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
