Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head with strong expertise in the education sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation, lead closing, and managing high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Drive student enrollment through effective lead conversion strategies
Develop and implement sales plans to expand market presence
Monitor performance and provide training to improve closing efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Ensure smooth coordination with marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in the education sector is mandatory
Strong closing skills and target-driven mindset
Experience in team handling and sales management
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership abilities
