We are looking for a high-potential HR Business Partner with 3–4 years of experience who is ready to step into a more tactical customer focused HR role. The HRBP will work closely with business stakeholders to support in execution of new hires onboarding performance connect discussion with stakeholder to drive regular hub connect. employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who has handled HR business partnering role with insights.
• Support business leaders by providing HR insights, people trends, and talent recommendations.
• Participate in business reviews to understand organizational priorities and identify people related risks or opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with managers to become their first point of contact for tactical HR support.
• Partner with TA team to understand hiring trends, open positions and available bench resource to align all factors ensuring an optimise manpower hiring plan and cost management.
• Maintain inventory on skills, capacity, and team structures to ensure alignment with business goals to enable quick decision-making supporting business team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the hiring strategy meets future needs.
• Drive engagement initiatives based on pulse survey insights and team feedback.
• Conduct listening mechanisms (1:1s, skip-levels, group discussions) and escalate critical themes.
• Provide actionable insights on attrition, engagement, headcount, and performance through HR dashboard.
• Use data to forecast people risks and support business planning.
• Support process changes, organizational updates, and new initiatives by ensuring proper communication and adoption.
• Help stakeholders drive change by providing employee sentiment data and planning support.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes while ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Work with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, payroll, compliance) for seamless service delivery.
