Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR initiatives across branches in alignment with business needs.
• Partner with business and functional managers to provide end-to-end HR support and enable target achievement.
• Support corporate recruitment for on-roll and contract hiring at the branch level; actively drive employee referrals.
• Conduct exit interviews and undertake periodic employee connect calls to improve retention and engagement.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain high morale and productivity.
• Ensure statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR/IR matters across all branches.
• Coordinate training needs, execution, and post-training effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and Speak-Up cases.
• Support accident management, ESIC/Mediclaim coordination, and employee well-being.
• Identify regional talent and enable internal growth opportunities.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (HRM)

Preferred Experience

• 3- 4 years preferably from Logistics / E-Commerce / Manufacturing.
