A Real Estate Talent Acquisition focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals for roles like sales, agents, leadership, and tech within the property sector, emphasizing skills in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and candidate experience, with a strong understanding of real estate market needs to find specialized talent. Key duties include managing the full hiring cycle, using various sourcing channels, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate journey for roles from junior to executive levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

     Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles in sales, marketing, engineering, leadership, etc..
  • Sourcing:

     Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and social media to find quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

     Partner with hiring managers to define needs and align on talent strategies.
  • Candidate Experience

    :

     Ensure a positive journey and promote a strong employer brand.
  • Management

    :

     Maintain recruitment trackers and update.
  • Employer Branding

    :

     Support initiatives to attract talent, including attending job fairs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

     Bachelor's & Master's degree (HR, Business preferred).
  • Experience:

     Proven talent acquisition experience, 1 to 5 Years, ideally in real estate.
  • Salary:

    As Per Market Standard
  • Technical Skills:

     Proficiency with job boards & MS Office.
  • Soft Skills:

     Excellent communication, organization, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred:

     Experience with headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, and employer branding.
