Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with the Principal, academic heads, and management to align HR strategies with the school’s mission and long-term goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final selection.
• Design and implement structured onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires.

Performance & Employee Development

• Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair evaluation and growth-oriented feedback.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff.
• Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention.
• Address employee concerns promptly, ensuring a transparent and supportive workplace.
• Build strong communication channels between staff, leadership, and HR.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in HR or related field.
• MBA and Hyderabad based male candidates preferred
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
