Key Responsibilities:


· Develop and execute employee retention strategies aligned with business goals.


· Design and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate employees.


· Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to strengthen culture.


· Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive retention measures.


· Partner with business leaders and managers to address employee concerns.


· Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.


Ideal Candidate:

🎓 MBA in HR or equivalent

✅4+ years’ experience in employee engagement, retention, and R&R programs

✅ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
