Role Overview:

Human Resources Associate responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, with 3–6 years of relevant experience, comprehensive HR operations, salary and payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, and employee engagement initiatives for the Noida office. The role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate HR administration, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee and candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior-level positions
  • Coordinate manpower planning with business stakeholders
  • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate end-to-end interview processes
  • Manage offer letters, salary fitment (as per approved budgets), and joining follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports


HR Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
  • Prepare and issue HR letters including offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit letters
  • Maintain employee master data, personal files, and digital HR records
  • Manage attendance, leave, holidays, shift rosters, and HRMS updates
  • Coordinate employee confirmations, role changes, and internal movements
  • Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and related documentation
  • Coordinate exit formalities, handover, and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure timely completion of full and final settlements
  • Handle employee helpdesk queries and provide day-to-day HR support


Salary & Payroll Management

  • Support salary structuring, offer fitment, increments, and compensation revisions
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions
  • Validate payroll data, payslips, and statutory deductions
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee salary-related queries
  • Support annual increment and performance-linked payout processes


Employee Engagement, Surveys & Relations

  • Design, administer, and manage employee engagement and pulse surveys
  • Analyze survey results and present insights to HR leadership
  • Track and support action plans based on survey feedback
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
  • Handle employee grievances, concerns, and first-level escalations
  • Support initiatives to maintain a positive and inclusive work culture


Statutory Compliance & Documentation Support

  • Support compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, PT, and Gratuity
  • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and HR audits
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for compliance-related activities


HR Policies, SOPs & Governance

  • Implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure effective policy communication and employee awareness
  • Support drafting, reviewing, and updating HR SOPs and process documents
  • Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and ethical HR practices


HR MIS, Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to recruitment, headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, and engagement
  • Track HR metrics such as hiring TAT, payroll accuracy, attrition trends, and engagement scores
  • Provide timely data and analytical reports to HR leadership for decision-making.


Qualification and skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process orientation
