Job Summary:

HR Associate


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
  • Support employee development and engagement initiatives.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
  • Handle general office administration and vendor coordination as required.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
