organization. As we are expanding our business in India, initially the focus will be on India’s project.

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and validate vendor invoices (fuel, toll, repairs, fleet leasing, etc.)
• Match invoices with supporting documents (POs, delivery slips)
• Schedule and process payments as per due dates and approvals
• Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile monthly statements
• Deduct TDS as applicable and maintain TDS records
• Ensure timely GST input matching and documentation
• Assist in preparing AP-related MIS and cash flow reports
• Maintain vendor master data (GSTIN, bank details)
• Respond to vendor queries and resolve payment issues
• Work with consultant for GST & TDS compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com or related qualification in finance/accounting
• 3–4 years of AP experience, ideally in a transportation/logistics company
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Strong Knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
• Working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles
