Job Summary: The P2P Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, invoice verification, vendor payments, and resolving any discrepancies. The role supports both procurement and finance functions to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices to match with provisions and contracts. Coordinate with internal departments and the service vendor to get provisions and control the tracker. Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining proper documentation. To do the reconciliation of vendors' books with our books and resolve discrepancies, Maintain vendor master data and ensure KYC compliance. Handle vendor queries related to invoice status, payment details, and TDS/GST deductions. Directors and company credit card expenses, invoices follow-up and booking in the SAP. Monitor aging reports and follow up for invoice clarifications or approvals. Support month-end closing by providing accruals, schedules, and reconciliations. Work on SAP Hana P2P processing. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and internal controls, GST 2B vs Books Reconciliation Overview. Qualifications: B.Com and higher
