We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader - Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Cashflow Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations. Prepare daily cashflow reports and forecast fund requirements.

Compliance & Taxation: Handle key statutory compliances including TDS, GST, and other tax payments. Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns.

Employee Reimbursements: Review and approve employee reimbursement claims in compliance with company policy.

Bank & Account Reconciliation: Perform timely bank entries and ensure complete monthly bank reconciliation by the 1st of the following month.

Audit & Process Management: Play a key role in internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits. Manage end-to-end transactions for key national accounts.

Insurance Deposits: Manage daily insurance deposit payments to ensure compliance with IRDAI 64VB regulations and reconcile with insurer statements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Banking operations.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is essential.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of Oracle will be a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
