About the Role:

HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
Assist with documentation, onboarding, and other HR processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in HR or IT recruitment (mandatory)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
