📌 Job Title : Supply Chain / Demand Planning Specialist (AspenTech Expertise) 🕒 Experience Required : 5+ Years 🏢 Work Mode : Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable) Key Responsibilities : Build and implement optimized supply chain plans using Aspen Supply Chain Planner™ Forecast demand with Aspen Collaborative Demand Manager™ using historical and real-time data Analyze datasets and create models to support strategic supply chain decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams Manage inventory levels, reduce excess stock and prevent stockouts Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cost-reduction initiatives Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and demand forecasts Must-Have Skills : Strong working knowledge of AspenTech tools : Aspen Supply Chain Planner™ Aspen Collaborative Demand Manager™ Experience in demand forecasting, scenario modeling , and inventory optimization Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems , Excel , and Power BI/Tableau Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Good-to-Have / Preferred : Experience with Aspen Plant Scheduler™ or Aspen Schedule Explorer™ Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM , CSCP) Understanding of sustainability integration and risk mitigation in supply planning Experience in process manufacturing , chemicals , pharma , or energy industries ❗ Note for Applicants : This role specifically requires hands-on experience with AspenTech tools .
