SCM Technical Consultant - AspenTech Expertise

Job Title: SCM Technical Consultant / Developer with AspenTech Expertise Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: Minimum 5 years in SCM tools implementation and module development, with hands-on experience in AspenTech software. Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled SCM Developer/Consultant with strong experience in AspenTech tools and hands-on involvement in developing, implementing, and customizing SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical supply chain systems, integration, and configuration, particularly using Aspen Supply Chain Planner™ and Aspen Collaborative Demand Manager™. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and configure SCM modules using AspenTech tools and other supply chain platforms. Customize and enhance AspenTech solutions (Supply Chain Planner™, Demand Manager™, etc.) based on business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AspenTech with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and third-party tools. Participate in end-to-end technical implementation, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and go-live support. Write technical documentation, support solution architecture, and manage application maintenance and enhancements. Conduct data modeling, scenario simulations, and integration testing to validate SCM processes. Optimize performance and reliability of supply chain applications. Required Skills & Technologies: AspenTech : Proven experience in technical implementation and development using Aspen Supply Chain Planner™ and Aspen Collaborative Demand Manager™. ERP Integration : Hands-on experience in integrating AspenTech with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle. Programming/Scripting : Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data workflows is preferred. Reporting Tools : Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Technical understanding of supply chain flows and process automation. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of other AspenTech modules like Aspen Plant Scheduler™. Experience in full-cycle SCM project implementations (design, build, deployment). Professional certifications like APICS CPIM or AspenTech-related certifications. Show more Show less
