Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM operations and provide ongoing support.
  
• Develop and maintain CRM workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integrations.
  
• Configure CRM (roles, profiles, workflows, validations, approvals, security rules, etc.).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner.
  
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  
• Monitor and maintain data imports, data feeds, and third-party integrations.
  
• Ensure solutions meet

  WCAG 2.1 & ARIA accessibility standards

• Contribute to system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver enhancements.
  
• Train and support end users with best practices.
  

Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customization, Configuration, Administration).
  
• C# .NET Development.
  
• Strong knowledge of CRM design & development best practices.
  
• Relational databases (SQL) and integration tools.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
  
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1, ARIA).
  
• Excellent problem-solving and business analysis skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  
• CRM certification (preferred).
  
• Strong experience working in Agile teams.
