About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day human resources operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and learning & development. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR within a dynamic and growing organization.



Key Responsibilities


As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience by assisting the HR team with:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition


• Drafting job descriptions and posting them on job portals and social media platforms.

• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews.

• Assisting with candidate communication and feedback.


2. Employee Engagement


• Supporting in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

• Gathering feedback and suggesting initiatives to improve employee morale.

• Assisting in internal communications (newsletters, surveys, recognition programs).


3. Performance Management


• Helping with data collection and documentation for performance reviews.

• Assisting in preparing evaluation forms and reports.


4. HR Operations & Compliance


• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

• Assisting with onboarding and induction processes.

• Supporting in policy documentation and compliance tracking.


5. Learning & Development


• Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

• Tracking participation and collecting feedback.


6. Research & Projects


• Conducting research on HR best practices, tools, and trends.

• Supporting special HR projects as assigned.



Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus.
