Human Resources Associate

As an HR Associate in a listed Manufacturing company based in Kolkata/Salt Lake, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Recruitment: - Responsible for the initial screening of candidates for both technical and non-technical roles as per the organization's hiring needs. - Arranging and scheduling interviews. - Attendance and Leave Management: - Check and reconcile attendance records and leave records of the employees. - HR Documentation and Record Maintenance: - Handling joining documentation, compiling and managing onboarding papers. - Maintaining personnel files. - HR Trackers and MIS Reports: - Maintaining HR trackers. - Preparing HR MIS reports. - HR Co-ordination: - Coordinate various HR activities. - Local candidates are preferred, and married candidates are given preference. - Proficiency in English (both written and oral) and MS Office is a must. - Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
