About the Role

HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and publish regular HR reports such as
Attrition Dashboards, Headcount Reports, AOP Analysis, and Recruitment Analytics
.
Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to provide
data insights
that support decision-making.
Create and automate dashboards using
Power BI
and ensure timely updates.
Conduct in-depth analysis on workforce trends, hiring, and retention metrics.
Support HR leadership with
MIS and ad-hoc reporting requirements
.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.
Participate in HR projects requiring data-driven insights.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience
in HR Analytics / HR MIS
Strong expertise in
Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Modeling)
.
Hands-on experience with
Power BI
(dashboard creation, DAX, visualizations).
Knowledge of HR metrics like attrition, headcount, AOP, recruitment funnel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
