Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and publish job descriptions on appropriate hiring platforms.
• Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support new employee onboarding by explaining policies, completing documentation, and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks and internal communication efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
