Human Resources Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. - Maintain accurate and updated records in the HRMS. - Handle statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws. - Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with vendors. - Respond to employee queries and grievances related to HR services and policies. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and source candidates through various channels. - Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases. - Manage pre-joining formalities, conduct new hire induction, and ensure smooth onboarding logistics. - Generate and analyze HR data reports, create dashboards for leadership review, and track key HR metrics. - Assist in budgeting and workforce planning exercises while ensuring data integrity across all HR systems. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. - Experience in HR operations and recruitment. - Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Familiarity with HRMS and ATS platforms. - Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
