As an HR Analyst at Pivotal Accessibility, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and activities independently. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, including overseeing HR operations for a sizable workforce, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes - Hands-on management of HRMS for attendance, leave, employee records, and generating reports - Employee lifecycle management encompassing onboarding, exits, and documentation - Handling employee relations and addressing HR-related queries - Ensuring accurate HR records and compliance documentation maintenance To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills and competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Strong understanding of HR operations and processes - Proven experience in working with HRMS platforms - High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a sense of ownership Please note that this position requires working from the office. Freshers will not be considered for this role, and immediate joiners are preferred.
