About the Role:

The HR Data Entry & Analytics role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across employee documentation and data processes. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of data integrity, support audits, and assist in managing end-to-end HR documentation workflows. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and a compliant HR ecosystem at Pocket FM.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Document Management

  • Maintain & validate offer letters, appointment letters, and statutory documents.
  • Organize & update employee files (physical + digital).
  • Track, follow up, and close pending/missing documentation.

Employee Data Management

  • Enter, update & verify employee information in trackers and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate employee master data and lifecycle records.
  • Prepare basic HR data reports and documentation status summaries.

Audit Support

  • Provide accurate data & documents during audits.
  • Ensure files are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Assist with periodic internal reviews and help identify gaps.

Key Skills (Qualifications + Skills):

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)/Google Sheets.
  4. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
