Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance
Power BI dashboards
for HR and people metrics
Track and analyze key HR indicators such as
headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, and workforce trends
Conduct periodic
data audits
to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Prepare
MIS reports and analytical insights
for leadership reviews and presentations
Coordinate with
HR operations, payroll, and recruitment teams
to validate and reconcile data
Ensure
timely and accurate reporting
aligned with governance and management requirements
