This role involves creating graphics, images, videos, and other visual elements that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals, with an emphasis on boosting user interaction. Primary Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design and develop a variety of visual content for social media, including images, graphics, videos, infographics, animations, and other creative materials.Creative Brainstorming: Work with marketing teams to generate ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and posts.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visuals are consistent with the brand’s established style guidelines and visual identity.AI Integration: Leverage AI to generate conceptual images and ideas for fresh and innovative social media creatives.Advertisement Design: Produce eye-catching and effective social media ads, such as banner ads, sponsored posts, and other advertising formats.Content Adaptation: Adjust visuals to suit the specific requirements and best practices of various social media platforms.Engagement Focus: Create content that inspires user interaction, including likes, shares, comments, and clicks, through compelling visuals.Trend Awareness: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and design to produce state-of-the-art content.Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess performance metrics and user engagement to refine and improve future content and creative strategies. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing programs.A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse social media design projects and a solid understanding of design principles.Expertise in design aspects like layout, typography, color theory, and composition.Strong problem-solving ability and creativity in communicating ideas visually.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with marketing teams and content creators.Familiarity with various social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.Keen attention to detail and adaptability to shifting project needs and deadlines.
