Job Description

This is regarding job opening for Lead Brand and Social Media role with A leading NBFC in Mumbai. JD:- 1. Strategic Brand Transformation: o Lead and drive the strategic transformation of the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives, evolving market trends, and consumer preferences. o Conceptualize and execute brand initiatives that redefine and elevate the brand’s positioning across both traditional and digital channels. o Develop long-term strategies to build and sustain a competitive advantage for increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty. 2. Brand Strategy & Positioning (Traditional & Digital): o Build and refine a comprehensive brand strategy that incorporates traditional media, digital channels, and BTL marketing initiatives. o Establish and maintain a strong brand identity across various touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences. o Innovate and create strategies to amplify the brand’s reach and relevance in both offline and online markets. 3. Campaign Management & Execution: o Lead the planning, execution, and management of brand campaigns across multiple channels—digital, traditional, and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing. o Oversee the creative process and collaborate with agencies to produce high-impact communication materials and advertisements. o Ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and strengtheN market position. 4. Digital & Traditional Media Expertise: o Drive digital transformation for the brand by leveraging data-driven insights and new digital media platforms to engage customers. o Manage traditional media strategies (TV, print, radio) while integrating them with digital marketing initiatives to create holistic, omnichannel experiences. o Implement innovative BTL strategies, such as events, activations, and experiential marketing, to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty. 5. Market Research & Consumer Insights: o Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, behaviors, and market trends, and translate these insights into actionable brand strategies. o Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the brand maintains a leadership position. o Utilize consumer feedback, surveys, and analytics to continuously optimize brand messaging and positioning. 6. Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with creative, media, digital, and BTL agencies to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns. o Collaborate with regional teams (product, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and business goals. o Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to maximize brand reach. 7. Social Media Strategy Development: o Lead the creation and execution of an overarching social media strategy to build digital presence and enhance brand awareness. o Align social media strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and resonates with target audiences. o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing social media initiatives. 8. Content Creation & Management: o Oversee the development of creative, high-quality content that is tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). o Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely posting and consistency across all platforms. o Collaborate with design, video production, and content teams to produce engaging visual and written content (graphics, blogs, videos, etc.). o Curate content related to products, financial literacy, customer success stories, and industry news. 9. Influencer & Partnership Management: o Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and key opinion leaders to expand brand reach and credibility. o Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content that resonates with their audience while aligning with brand values 10. AI Tools & Innovation: o Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and technologies for data analysis, predictive modeling, and campaign optimization to drive brand effectiveness. o Stay updated on AI and automation trends in marketing, and integrate these tools into the brand strategy to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI.
