This is Regarding Opening with a Leading AMC Company as a Chief Risk Officer !!! Experience: 8+ yearsLocation - Mumbai (5Days Working) Role:Creating a culture of risk consciousness throughout the entire organisation. Create and put into place a systematic reporting procedure for risk monitoring. In charge of all AMC and mutual fund scheme risk management-related operations. In charge of overseeing and implementing RMF throughout the mutual fund schemes and AMC. Job Responsibilities:Make sure that every policy pertaining to risks is established, evaluated, and updated on a regular basis before being submitted for approval to the appropriate risk management committee.Review and update the AMC-defined ERMF on a regular basis, then submit it to the RMCs for approval.Create and suggest modifications to roles and duties, including KRAs for risk management initiatives, and submit them to the RMCs for approval.Review the DoP on daily risk management, risk reporting, and corrective measures at the fund manager, CIO, and CEO levels on a regular basis.Independently evaluate risk reports to management and other committees.At least once a month, report to the CEO on the results of the risk management department.Establish a procedure to evaluate the control against the risk that has been identified (RCSA, Stress Testing).Determine, evaluate, and project new risks and their potential effects on mutual fund and AMC schemes.Inform the Board of AMC and Trustee's Risk Management Committee of current and new risks related to the MF and AMC operations in an organised fashion.
