Social Media Designer

You will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic materials to enhance the brand image and grow the customer base. Your role will involve collaborating with programmers to develop engaging apps that boost user engagement and drive conversions. As a Social Media Designer, you must showcase exceptional creativity, motivation, marketing knowledge, and awareness of social media trends. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to make independent decisions and work effectively within a team. Responsibilities: - Designing top-notch graphic content for various social media platforms - Generating innovative concepts aligned with company objectives and current social media trends - Analyzing design briefs and defining project requirements - Brainstorming new ideas for creatives on topical days - Presenting concepts and drafts to the team for feedback - Ensuring consistency in style, colors, and messaging across all graphic elements - Testing graphic elements on different devices for optimal display - Collaborating with Social Media Executives to establish a robust online presence - Monitoring key performance indicators and proposing enhancements Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in utilizing the latest AI tools - Ability to produce unique content with exceptional creative skills - Proficient in graphic editing software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects - Thorough understanding of marketing principles - Experience in designing creative GIFs and video animations If you are interested in this Full-time position as a Social Media Designer or Art Director, please share your Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period.
