Title Mainframe Developer

As a Mainframe Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications. You must be proficient in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2. It is essential to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your excellent communication and collaboration abilities will be crucial in working effectively with cross-functional teams. You should be flexible to work in a hybrid mode, spending 9-10 days per month in the office located in Pune, Noida, or Hyderabad. Adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment is necessary to ensure timely delivery of projects. Knowledge of IMS and CICS will be considered a bonus. Preferred skills for this role include experience with document composition tools like OpenText Exstream or Quadient Inspire, familiarity with software development best practices, and exposure to Agile methodologies. A background in software development and Mainframe development for at least 4 years is required.
