Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Experience managing HR operations for 5060 employees
End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding
End-to-end payroll processing
Hands-on management of HRMS (attendance, leave, employee records, reports)
Employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and documentation
Handling employee relations and HR-related queries
Maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and processes
Proven experience with HRMS platforms
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership
Work from Office
Freshers will not be considered for this position
