Human Resources Administrator

As an integral part of the HR team, your role will involve supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will provide guidance on policies and procedures, actively participate in recruitment processes, and organize interview schedules as needed. Your responsibilities will also include updating employee records, creating effective onboarding plans, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, reviewing employment conditions for legal compliance, and creating job descriptions and advertisements. Additionally, you will conduct new employee orientations, handle paperwork, manage insurance policies, and verify monthly expenses for all employees. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and assist with internal arrangements and office orders. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in HR roles, a solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, and proficiency in MS Office and HRMS. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
