About Us: Clinforge is a fast-growing Contract Research Organization (CRO) and Scientific/Medical Writing solutions provider. We aim to forge clinical success by combining research excellence with innovation. With an expanding team and upcoming national/international collaborations, we are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage and strengthen our human capital. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent across Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, and allied domains. Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection process. Design structured onboarding & induction programs for new employees and interns. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Build a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture. Plan and implement employee engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs. Foster alignment with Clinforge’s vision and values. 3. Performance Management & Training Implement appraisal systems and track employee performance metrics. Identify training & development needs in collaboration with department heads. Coordinate internal/external training programs and workshops. 4. Compliance & Policy Management Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations. Manage contracts, agreements, and HR documentation. 5. Payroll & Administration Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll processing. Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical). Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution. 6. Strategic HR Contribution Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth strategy. Develop internship/placement collaborations with pharmacy and life-science institutions. Assist in employer branding and positioning Clinforge as an industry-preferred workplace.
